Hello Reader

Today is the 90th edition of the Everyday Mentor newsletter! Wow!

However long you've been reading, I appreciate you taking the time.

As I always say, I am here to help you on your journey toward a healthy and sustainable soul, remembering that out of that flows all the success you aspire to see in your life.

"No More Groundhog Day"

Just reading that title will have given some readers a happy flashback of one of the favourite movies of their younger years.

Others will be like "what the heck is groundhog day?"

A short synopsis of the movie and how it pertains to our article today;

In the movie "Groundhog Day" released in 1993, Bill Murray plays the role of Phil Connors as a TV weatherman who thinks that his current job at a local Pittsburgh station is a waste of his talent. The guy's basically an egomaniac, so he definitely isn't impressed when his bosses send him off to the small town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to cover the annual Groundhog Day festivities.

Phil gets through the day by doing the bare minimum to perform his job.

But when he tries to head home, a blizzard keeps him in Punxsutawney. Phil spends the night and wakes up the next day to find that he has to live Groundhog Day all over again. And again. And again . . .

Sometimes our own lives can feel a little like Groundhog Day. It's the same boring thing over and over again, day after day. So much so that we lose our grip on what happened last week, let alone last month or last year.

The tedium of this experience is amplified when we believe our lives to be lacking purpose, direction and meaning. It's a horrible feeling of being trapped in time and place. We wonder if anything will ever change, or if we are destined to live forever stuck in our own personal Groundhog Day.

There is good news!

You CAN get out of this place. You CAN break free from this experience.

I have had the pleasure of helping literally thousands of people over the past 27+ years to escape their own Groundhog Day nightmare. I can help you too!

I've actually written an entire program dealing with this exact subject, and in the future some of you may be ready to work closely with me through that life-changing program.

But for now, I want you to make sure you keep your eyes on your inbox over the next 3 weeks especially, as I am going to leak a high level view of the exact secrets that I have discovered, which have transformed the lives of thousands of people.

I will be writing to you starting from next week in a 3 part connected mini-series to reveal the exact steps necessary for anyone sick of Groundhog Day to "Get Unstuck - Get Growing - Get Upgraded"

If you are someone who is eager to learn where and how you might be stuck, and what to do about it, this is for you!

If you long for personal, noticeable growth but don't know where to start, this is for you!

If you dream of upgrading your vocation, relationships and how you live your life, then this is for you!

I am here to help you.

Please reach out any time by replying to this email.

Best Regards Always!

"Soul Cravings" If we allow ourselves enough time and opportunity to become self-aware people, we will discover new things about ourselves. We will be better equipped to understand the things we do, and why we do them. To be in tune with the understanding of our soul, and how it operates, is a true superpower, especially in a world that has...

Hello Reader I hope the past week has had some simplicity and peace in it for you! I've got a short & punchy (yet hopefully powerful) idea for you today. Let's get to it . . . "The JOY of Loss" Some loss is painful. Some loss should be avoided. Some loss cannot be avoided. Life is a game of wins and losses. We all aspire to more of the former and less of the latter. However; The LOSE you CHOOSE can be a BIG WIN! In life we gather clutter and an excess of 'stuff' Generally speaking, we have...
