Hello Reader
I trust you are doing well.
I'm very excited to share that the Everyday Mentor YouTube channel is just weeks away from launching!
The first few episodes have been recorded, and it won't be long until those episodes begin dropping weekly. Of course, I will keep you posted regarding our 'go live' date.
I am hopeful that our recent min-series on 'Getting Unstuck > Getting growing > Getting Upgraded' was immensely helpful and encouraging to you.
I especially hope that it ignited in you the belief that those exact 3 outcomes and corresponding transformation are possible for you.
With the reminder of that mini-series at front of mind, I am excited to share that very soon I will be opening up a heavily discounted pre-sale opportunity only available to subscribers, for my most significant training program I have ever constructed. The filming has concluded, and the final touches are being put on the training course. It will go live in September, and will be a life-changing opportunity for people to experience a true transformation in how they live their life.
I guarantee that participants will go from feeling stuck and burdened by past traumas to achieving real personal growth and an upgraded quality of life, enabling them to thrive in their careers and relationships.
It's a bold claim I realise. However, I have been helping people achieve this exact result for decades. I know I can help you experience it also.
The program will include;
- A comprehensive training course delivered online
- An exclusive weekly coaching invitation to apply everything learned
- An exclusive space reserved in members only community online

"Identifying the Traits of A Healthy Soul"
Before I dive deep into a list of specific traits that we ought to aspire to, let's take a moment to remind ourselves of the vital truth that our objective here is progress NOT perfection.
Whenever we talk about benchmarks or ideals, it is important to remember that we are on a journey that can take a long time.
Therefore learn to love the process. Learn to celebrate small wins. Truth be told, there are no major outcomes, exempt from the accumulation of small wins.
When we use the phrase "Healthy Soul" we are identifying the goal of being internally healthy and sustainable in our Inner-Life.
This is all about recognising that the bridge between external success and internal health are not just correlated, but there is direct causation at work.
In other words, the state of our soul (thoughts, emotions, beliefs, will) is a direct determinant of the kind of life we are able or unable to produce in our relationships, vocation, mental health, physical health and all other areas of our human experience.
Therefore, it is always appropriate to commit to a life of investing in the health of your soul, as much, if not more than the investment directed at externally oriented measures of success.
It can be difficult to understand what a healthy soul actually looks like if you haven't personally experienced it, or seen it prototyped up close. This is the reality for many people.
Because of the absence of enough role models to show us the way, especially in a world that has become increasingly superficial and shallow, we need some descriptive benchmarks.
These descriptive benchmarks serve a dual purpose for us. Firstly, they help to give handles to our understanding of what makes up a healthy soul. Secondly, we are helped to evaluate our own potential shortcomings, in order to identify obvious growth areas.
Here are some specific and practical example traits of a healthy soul;
- Forgives quickly and willingly
- Enjoys simple pleasures
- Able to engage silence and solitude
- Not always chasing the next purchase or possession
- Not addicted to needing something to look forward to all the time
- Understands time is the greatest luxury item
- Realises that loving family and friends are the greatest achievement
- Gives to others generously
- Celebrates the success of others happily
- Gives second chances to others when they make mistakes
- Understands that the journey is about other people also
- Accepts that pain and difficulty are part of life
- Finds solace in nature
- Does not live for likes from other people
- Established boundaries in relationships & lives free from manipulation
